Hi! I’m Lisa, a Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach who works with clients around the world who want to reconstruct their relationship with food and reconnect with their bodies in a positive way.

I work with parents with small kids who want to be inspired, connected and listened to by someone who understands them.

At Sullivan Nutrition we provide suggestions for your family meals, ideas for kids with fuzzy eating habits, and support to reconnect with cooking simple things that are delicious AND nutritious.
