Green Apple Pie Smoothies

Ingredients

2 green apples
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 frozen bananas
4 handfuls baby spinach
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
235 ml coconut water

Directions

1. Core, peel, and chop the apple. Peel and finely grate the ginger.

2. Combine all ingredient in a blender until smooth.
