125g quinoa (uncooked)
2 Tbsp whole flaxseeds (Blend flax & quinoa uncooked together)
250ml of rice milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 medium banana
2 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
Blend the uncooked quinoa and flax together until it reaches a flour like consistency.
Add the rest of ingredients and blend together.
Heat a non stick frying pan on high heat for 2 mins until warm.
Turn heat down to medium heat.
Pour a tiny dash of oil and mix around the pan and wipe away with a piece of kitchen paper to remove any extra fat.
Pour in your pancake batter and spread out evenly in the pan.
Allow to cook at medium heat, once edges start to cook and the centre starts to develop holes/ bubbles turn the pancake.
Cook the other side till lightly brown.
If the batter starts to get too thick add a little more rice milk to thin it out.
