Raw Energy Balls

Prep Notes


For the coating:

30g (¼ cup) of sunflower seeds

25g (¼ cup) of oats

For the filling:

170g (1 cup) of pitted dates – chop them up small before you use them

100g (1 cup) of oat flakes

60g (1/3 cup) of raisins

125 ml (½ cup) of apple juice

60g (1/2 cup) of sunflower seeds

2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder

zest of 1 orange


1. Blend all ingredients for coating together in a food processor and put aside.
2. Blend all filling ingredients together, roll into little balls and cover with the coating above.
